health checks

One of the things that my parents-in-law always remind Ichi is to have an annual blood work done to check the levels of his sugar and cholesterol. In Manila we used to do this every year as costs for the blood tests are minimal but here in Sydney he still hasn’t done any. He would have to go to the GP though to get a referral for the tests to be done. I think I have to plan and schedule this soon we would want to prevent any serious illness, cholesterol treatment and such.
