scrap project
I have always wanted to have an album printed but have never had the time to do one. Well, yes I can have one printed now if I didn’t want to to do it with my scrapping layouts, I can just go with the templates that the album printers have but I really really want it to be done with digiscrapping. I have a lot of albums on the list (eg. E’s baby book – which is 6 yrs overdue, family visits, our life in SG etc) but all these are on the back burner until I can really sit down and crank out layouts like there is no tomorrow hehe. But on the bright side, I might be able to at least give it a go this year with a 2011 themed album (well, at least I hope I will be able to keep up). It’s a spin on the project 360 thing. Shabby Princess has a Project Scrap 2011 going on over at the Shabby Shoppe blog where there only a minimum “requirement” of doing two layouts per month (of course, you can do more) and the hope it you at least have 24 pages at the end of the year for an album. What’s good is SP is providing us with two templates every month to help us with the layouts. So head on over to SP’s blog and grab your templates.

haircut
These are pics from the first time E had his haircut here back in October. It was also the first time that it was in an adult salon. The few times that we had his hair cut in a salon it was a kiddie salon and I must say that it was cheaper to have his haircut in the adult salon here than in the kiddie salon in Manila.

Last week I did a scrap layout which I posted in my scrap blog, I liked the layout that I decided to just rework it for one of the pages of the 2009 calendars that I’m planning to give our families this Christmas. Wish me luck that I finish it on time! Here’s the layout for the calendar. Any suggestions where best to have it printed – cd calendar size?

Happy birthday baby!!

Thank you to our friends who came to the bbq and celebrated with us. Thank you also to ton for helping us with the preps.
my first digiscrap layout
For the longest time I’ve wanted to start scrapbooking. At first I wanted to do it the traditional way and planned on doing that with our wedding pictures but I guess with events that happened the past four years I just never got around to starting.
A few months back I started thinking of trying to scrap and decided that digital scrapbooking would work better for me. And when Tin shared her layouts I became more eager to do it.
This is my first dig at digital scrapbooking using the software Scrapbook Factory. I made this for our friend Sherwin who recently migrated to Canada.
